CONSULTATION
During a one-to-one nutrition consultation, chat to our sports nutritionist about your current dietary habits, your individual goals, and for those competing, your sports nutrition specific strategies and race plans.
Prior to your sports nutrition consultation, you will complete a comprehensive questionnaire detailing your goals, food likes and dislikes, current typical dietary intake and training/exercise schedule.
Following the consultation (approximately 1 hour in duration), you will receive a typed report highlighting the areas discussed and appropriate advice and examples.
